Learn how to use the SMS Alert System with this simple tutorial below:

Step 1: Login

The Administrator will provide you with login credentials. Click on the "Login" button and enter your username and password in the provided fields. Click "Login" to access your account.

Step 2: Navigation

After logging in, open the Dashboard to view exhibit totals, recent exhibits and SMS alert delivery status.

Step 3: Record Exhibits

Use the Exhibit Alerts section to capture exhibit reference, type, region, investigator and crime officer details.

Step 4: Send Alerts

Send alerts when recording an exhibit or from the exhibit details page. Alert history is saved against each exhibit.

Step 5: Logout

When you're done using the system, click on the "Logout" button to securely log out of your account.
